Paragon strives to do our part as a sustainable company by being mindful of our energy and water usage, practicing the "reduce, reuse and recycle" lifestyle, and offering discounts on our services to environmental organizations, among other activities.

Half of our staff members even have a background in the environmental field! Senior Project Manager Melissa Prager and new Marketing Specialist Tamara Kowalski have both worked in environmental nonprofits prior to joining Paragon, while Paragon President Marina Mintz received her BS in Conservation and Resource Studies and an MA in Environment and Resources. In a previous life she spent her time as a green building consultant!
